The wonderful Bonnie Brady visited our meeting this morning.  As the Fundraising Chair for the Niagara Falls Community Outreach Program ( The Soup Kitchen), she talked about the changes the pandemic has brought to the Soup Kitchen.  Before the pandemic they served just over 100 meals a day.  Now they are serving 250 a day.  They have had to change their operation to a 'Pick-up' service.  They have had to remodel their operation to accommodate more storage for dry good and refrigerated / Freezer products. The pandemic, with the great support of local companies and individual donations, has required the Soup Kitchen to change with a benefit to their community.
Watch the following video to understand how all this has been accomplished.    Little By Little... a little becomes a lot.

Following the meeting Bonnie was presented a cheque for $4,237.  This was the portion of the Rotary Mega TV Auction that the Rotary Club of Niagara Falls Sunrise raised In coordination with the Soup Kitchen
