HIP: Honouring Indigenous Peoples
Jim and Marjorie saw a need for youth programs in the Pikangikum First Nation of Northern Ontario and as Rotarians have been working to provide music and outdoor education for them. All this has gown into “The battle of the Bands" and great Art programs for the youth of the community. Every year they go to teach canoeing and outdoor skills.
