The Rotary Club of Niagara Falls Sunrise was honoured to welcome several distinguished guests from Rotary District 7090 for a recent meeting, including District Governor Aaron Carlson, Assistant District Governor Collins Acheampong, Polio Plus Society Chair Elaine Richard, and End Polio Now Chair Frank Adamson.
Their visit was both inspiring and informative, offering members valuable insights into district priorities and the ongoing impact of Rotary’s global initiatives. A key focus of the discussion was the continued fight to eradicate polio, with updates on the progress being made through the PolioPlus program and the importance of sustained support.
The speakers also highlighted opportunities for clubs to stay engaged at the district level and encouraged collaboration to strengthen Rotary’s reach and effectiveness.
