Just before the Omicron put a dent in our social activities, we were able to gather for some Christmas Cheer. Fueled by the Ugly Christmas sweater theme and the presence of Santa's Elves a good time was had by all. Besides a little something extra with a hint of humour, Santa gave attending Rotarians some Rapid Antigen Tests, which became good as gold.
Shortly after dinner, we had the group move to the Golf Lounge. The tall and the strong were able to prove their ability. Josh won for longest drive with a close second from Quintin. Jennifer won longest drive for the ladies with a drive of 169 yards? Carrie told her that was a long drive. Her secret? Pretending the ball was a wellknown politician that is making work life a little more stressful. The best gift of all went to new comer Jenny. She gave her best effort at the driving range.
