The club hosts a 3 day Rib Fest at the Optimist Park in Niagara Falls. The Rib Fest is built around “ribbers” from the US and Canada who sell Ribs and Chicken. Live entertainment is offered, various vendors and a children’s amusement area are featured. This is a fun community event which raises awareness of Rotary in the Region and raises a substantial amount of money for our Rotary projects both locally and around the world.
